Our Golden Latte combines single-origin turmeric with warming spices, decadent oat milk, coconut cream and your daily dose of adaptogens, 'shrooms and probiotics. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit— and 100% plant-based organic or non-gmo ingredients. This blend is caffeine-free! We've partnered with Diaspora Co who source the world's most potent, equitably sourced turmeric. This single-farm, heirloom varietal is grown on a 4th generation family farm in Andhra Pradesh, India. Diaspora pay twice the Fair Trade price to their farmers for their turmeric. We use adaptogenic herbs in our lattes to balance the effects of stress of our bodies, and promote steady, long-term energy. Caffeine free. 74kcal per latte.

• FROTH with hot water using a handheld milk-frother—our favorite way to mix it up!
• STIR your blend with a couple ounces hot water, stir until smooth. Add the remaining water.
• SHAKE with hot water in a thermos. Make sure the lid is on tight!
• BLEND on low for 10 seconds. Works hot or cold!
