But then there’s Tradlands: A female-founded, ethically responsible clothing brand whose quality materials and flattering silhouettes deliver designer-level style and livable longevity without the steep price tag of designer brands.

Origin Story

Tradlands’ founder, Sadie, describes her early twenties as a decade of shopping trendy storefronts for clothing that was comfortable and chic. Her experience with endless items falling apart after a few washes left her questioning their construction. There had to be a better solution to shopping trendy pieces that were timeless in her closet, too. As Sadie found herself drawn more frequently to the men’s section where she would shop, resize, stitch and sport some of her most beloved garb, she realized the options for similarly high-quality pieces were limited in women’s lines. So began her quest in 2012 to perfect classic attire for women with durable fabrics and intentional designs that supported women feeling their best for years to come…without having to restock their closet because it was quite literally falling apart.
