Sunski
Trendy shades and blue light glasses built from recycled plastic.
About Sunski
Finding the right pair of sunglasses can be akin to finding a hay in a needlestack: painful and a fair waste of time. Expensive, so-called designer glasses sacrifice functionality to look good, and those that actually work don’t look too great. Well here comes the Sunski: affordability, function, and style all wrapped up in one very cool pair of shades. Awwww yeah.

The Science & The Soul
The Science
Sunski was founded with a simple philosophy of quality and performance. To this end, every pair of glasses is designed and manufactured in San Francisco. The frames, made from recycled plastic, are incredibly durable and well-fitting while still remaining light. The lenses come in several varieties. Blue light filtering, for those who stare at computer screens all day. Alpine, polarized with removable sun shields and magnets. Sport, which fit particularly snug so as not to come off when running or playing basketball. There are many others, each intended for a particular lifestyle. Sunski truly has it all.
The Soul
The sunglasses industry has never really been known for caring about their product. If it works, it’s too expensive, and if it’s affordable, it rarely works. Sunski was founded differently. Not only do they ensure quality, style, and affordability, but they show their dedication reaches far beyond profit. One percent of all proceeds go toward environmental non-profits, and they have donated over $150,000 to date. Completely carbon neutral, Sunski invented the recycled plastic frames in order to build a better pair of glasses and help the planet simultaneously. Behind these shades, there is a great mission to help their community and their world.
