I took my Shadow Blue OCA Lows out of the box and immediately took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. I have low (aka zero) arches and wider feet, so it normally takes about a week or so (& a bunch of blisters) for me to break in my shoes. When I got back home 2 miles and zero blisters later, I was so impressed by how comfortable and lightweight these sneakers are.
Thanks to the vegan cork insoles, these shoes require no break-in time. The memory foam molds to your feet and provides support for all parts of your foot, not just the arch or heel, like most normal shoes do. It's also naturally springy to provide a soft cushion as you step.

7. Cariuma uses a one box delivery system
In order to minimize waste, your new Cariuma shoes are shipped to your door in their shoebox. All boxes are made of 100% recycled and recyclable paper with soy-based ink. Plus, the shoe fillers are biodegradable too!
8. Cariuma collabs with your other favorite brands for limited edition drops!
Cariuma partners with brands like Pantone, Peanuts, and National Geographic to launch new, limited edition colors and patterns of shoes. They also partner with these brands on further conservation activities. Cariuma plants two trees per pair of shoes sold. In a partnership with 4Ocean, they removed 2 pounds of trash from the ocean for every pair.
